The NES website does not automatically capture or store personal information of the User, the only method of identification of the User is through direct contact with NES, initiated by the User. Once this contact is made, any data held about the User, whether as a prospective or actual client, is covered by our Data Protection Statement, which is GDPR compliant.

To this end, we do not pass on client details to any 3rd Party beyond that required to undertake a commission on behalf of the client, and with their permission. To comply with HMRC auditing regulations, we are obliged to retain records for 10 years after a commission is completed.
